How To Save Time Planning and Gathering Resources for Your Students Using Google "Daily" Slides

This video was inspired by my conversation with Brittany on the burned-in teacher podcast this week. SHe shared that she works really hard to be productive so that she has time for self-care. Creating these daily slides saved me hours when i was an elementary teacher, but you can also use this concept as a middle or high school teacher too.

In this video I show you how to:

  1. Create a folder called “Daily Slides.”

  2. Create a folder inside of “Daily Slides” for “Week 1”

  3. Create a weekly slide show that you build onto as you go, depending on what you notice you need for your students.

  4. Place your “I can…” statements into corresponding slide topics.

  5. Type your plans in more detail into the ‘Notes’ section of each slide (If you want or need to).

  6. Share your “Daily Slides” Folder with your administrator, for viewing purposes.

  7. How to make a copy of your daily slide show and move to next week’s folder.
