BIT G Suite Focus: The New Gmail

thehackernews.com
Post objective:
Don't be afraid of the changes in the new gmail. The changes made have created a more visually pleasing, organized, and efficiency-focused layout.
My experience:
I just opted to try the new Gmail that was just released and it's EXACTLY what I needed. The new features are going to be great for my self-diagnosed ADD and my inability to decide whether or not I need to keep an email in my inbox. It was easy to make the OPTIONAL switch to the NEW Gmail. Simply open your gmail account, go to settings, and click "Try the New Gmail" at the top of the box. Boom. Done. Almost.
Next, choose your layout. I chose 'Default."
Whatever layout you are comfortable with is great, but how cool is it to be able to see they type of "G" that is attached?

I LOVE THAT YOU CAN SEE THE TYPE DOC OF ATTACHMENTS! Best enhancement EVER!
Now, check this out...
Look all the way to the right. You now have direct access to your calendar, Google Keep, and tasks! That means that as you're reading emails, you can multitask/schedule/make lists without leaving the screen! #googleseriouslyreadmymind

I am on a mission to simplify my email by using labels like a madwoman, so soon, most of these emails will be color coded and organized as they come in.
