BURNED-IN Teacher: A Movement Starting with YOU

What It Means

BIT has been a huge part of my life for about two years. Over the past eight weeks, I have been sharing with you the surface of what BURNED-IN actually stands for.

B: Begin Where You Are

U: Understand YOU

R: Reflect on Your Challenges

N: Nurture Your Strengths

E: Extend Your Reach

D: Determine Your Goals

I: Initiate Change

N: Never Settle

Questions to Ask Yourself

Have I done any of these things for MYSELF lately?

Should I read the blog posts and/or do research on these ideas of self-care?

What are my next steps?

How might I begin this journey?

Next Steps

The BURNED-IN Movement really does start with YOU.

Talk to others about your feelings and what you feel you may need to do about them. DON'T SHAME YOURSELF FOR BEING IN THIS PLACE. Trust me, you have many friends (who you have never met) riding on this struggle bus with you. Let's get off of it, one burned-out teacher at a time.

Want MORE? Reach out to me at burnedinteacher@gmail.com and let's schedule a Discovery Call to see what we can do together to help you burn back into education and/or life.

TAKE A DEEP BREATH. YOU ARE YOUR OWN HERO. LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER!

BURN ON!
