BURNED-IN Teacher Mastermind Members, and Burnout Buddies, Kim and Hilary share their challenges with burnout and what inspired them to join the BURNED-IN Teacher Mastermind. They talk about how having a community of teachers working through burnout together has been transformational as well as how they have supported each other in their journey out of burnout. Part 1 of this 2 part series will focus on their struggles and what originally led Kim and Hilary to live a burned-out life.
Kimberly has been teaching for 6 years and is currently serving as a first-grade teacher.
Hilary is a 7th grade English teacher that has been teaching for 14 years.

- What are choices that YOU’VE made in the past that have contributed to your burnout?
- What are the choices that have been made for you? What can you realistically do about them?
